21 year old gymnast with shoulder pain. History of repeated falls onto shoulder. Painful clicking. Clinically lax, but equal to opposite shoulder. Reproducible click with anterior and posterior apprehension.
Video shows a large labral detachment from 3 to 9 0'clock. This required both anterior and posterior repair.
