Locking Plate Fixation
This is a case study of a 46 year old lady who sustained a displaced 3 part fracture of his proximal humerus. The fixation technique is described.

The fracture parts are reduced to their normal positions and held with wires and sutures
The plate is fixed to the fracture parts with special screws
