Description
The course aims to provide participants with practical hands on experience in surgical techniques for sports injuries to theshoulder. Arthroscopic techniques will include shoulder stabilisation, treatment of impingement and rotator cuff repair.Open techniques will include capsular shift, rotator cuff repair and posterior stabilisation. It is desirable for participants to have previous experience in diagnostic shoulder arthroscopy. Each fresh frozen cadaver workstation will be fullyequipped to allow these procedures to be performed by the participants
